PsychoIncentive® training

Have you ever noticed one of the situations mentions below happening in your company:

  • Team building activities fail (members of the group cannot communicate with each other, common goals haven't been set and participants do not see strong points of their co-workers)
  • A problem in functioning of the company seems to be impossible to solve?
  • Workers loose their motivation due to changes in the working environment (new strategy, new supervisor, change of the location of the company)?
  • Lack of trust and companionship among workers lead to more conflicts?
  • People feel overworked (they cannot manage their time, are stressed out)?
  • Clients feel like their needs are not answered in a proper way?

PsychoIncentive training is designed to combine outdoor activities with innovative workshops and techniques that will help you to build a strong and efficient team. Each training is supervised by various teams of experienced instructors and business advirors.

During our training we will teach you how to :

  • plan your goals and objectives
  • share tasks between group members
  • communicate with your team members in an effective way
  • voice your concerns and expectations
  • draw a conclusion from a failure and how to celebrate your victories with other people

Our trainings take place in breath taking surroundings: in the mountains, forests, on top of the snowy peaks and down in the sunny valleys. We offer a real experience, close contact with natural environment and a professional approach that will allow our participants to understand their own limits and will give them strength to develop their skills and abilities.

PsychoIncentive trainings were carefully prepared by our instructors and can be applied to both organized groups and individual clients. Before we organize any training, one of our representatives will visit your company to meet your expectations and to prepare a suitable scenario. We use special forms to question our future participants, we also run short tests and observe them at work. This insight helps us to determine what activities should be used in the training (dog sled races, off road rides, quad bike races, rope sliding and others).
